We interviewed 3 customers and knew 3 advantages of smart shopping cart

As a smart shopping cart manufacturer , Superhii has sold its smart shopping carts to many retailers cross many countries .Retailers are willing to deploy a smart shopping cart project mainly because that smart shopping cart brings them much profits . Customers are the general users of smart shopping cart , so what do they think of the smart shopping cart ?

We interviewed 3 customers about this questions and knew 3 advantages of smart shopping cart .

(1) Adrian Ron in the Philippines

Adrian Ron is an old man in the Philippines who have used Superhii smart shopping cart , when he was asked about this question , he was very pleased .

“The smart shopping cart really helps me a lot , you know , standing in line always cost me much time , I hate standing in line . With this smart shopping cart , I just check out on the cart ,and could say “ Good Bye”to long queues forever . “

So the first advantage of smart shopping cart is that it supports customers check out by themselves ,it really saves time for customers .

(2) Mr. Wang in China

Mr.Wang is a businessman in China who usually spends little time on shopping . He found it was easy for him to find items he need in the supermarket using the smart shopping cart .

“ I always travel here and there , I go shopping in different supermarket in different cities . It was always difficult for me to find items I need in a strange supermarket , and I need to seek the supermarket staff for help .The smart shopping cart has indoor-navigation function which could support customers search items on the smart shopping cart screen , then the smart shopping cart will display a map for me to find this item . It was very convenient .” Said Mr.Wang .

Actually , indoor-navigation function is an important feature of smart shopping cart ,which is useful for customers who are not familiar with the supermarket .

So the second advantage of smart shopping cart is that smart shopping cart has indoor-navigation function and could show customers routes to where he wants to .”

（3）Ms.Jennifer in Kuwait

Ms.Jennifer cares about her safety and health very much in the shopping process during the pandemic . She rarely goes shopping in a physical retail store after the Covid-19 .

Once she found Superhii smart shopping cart in the supermarket where she lives nearby .She experienced it and feel fantastic .

“You know the smart shopping cart is amazing , it supports me scan items’ bar codes by myself , I think taking items from the shelf and scan its bar code is very nature ,then the smart cart screen shows me my shopping bill , and I could pay for my shopping bill on the cart .It’s a safe shopping journey , as I didn’t contact or talk with others .” Said by Jennifer .
